Here are a few suggestions.
1. Check your wifi setting on your device to make sure you are connected to the 5G wifi band.
2. Reset Your Router/Modem and Devices!
The purpose is to refresh your wifi service and restart since you may be using wifi instead of a direct-wired connection with your internet and the device. This will need to be started to help with the wifi signals. Unplug your modem/router from the wall power outlet and plug it back in to restart your router.
Do the same with your device. Unplug your device from the wall power outlet and plug it back in to restart your router.
Perform this maintenance every two weeks.
