Ticket Rules

All communications are done through the online customer account portal.  Tech support can’t receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls. 

All request must be done by submitting a service ticket.
Open a ticket via customer portal in your account dashboard. Please go to your dashboard http://gottventertainment.com and click on Open New Ticket option. You can:

1. Request new device pincode. (Make sure you provide the device you want to add)
2. Requesting a new pincode for an existing device. (Make sure you provide the device for the code. Keep in mind we also have
to remove that device from the back end main system)
3. Remove device from your account. (Make sure you provide the device name you want to remove)
4. Report issues you are experiencing and any associated error messages. (Also include a screen picture to help).
5. General Inquiry questions (Make sure you select General Inquiry).
6. Billing Inquiry questions (Make sure you select Billing Inquiry).

Please provide as much details as you can as it will allow the ticket to be completed in a timely manner.
