Look Up Device ID
We have to delete the device from our backend system. If you still have the device the you can look up the device ID of the one you want to removed.
If you have removed the device from your account or you cannot access this screen, you will need to look up the device ID of the good devices that you are still using. And send them to me.
Look Up Device ID
1. Go to the main menu page. This screen with the TV, movies, catch up option.
2. Choose the Info option . There you will see that device ID on that screen.
